To me, “A New Chapter of Home” represents transformation. A home is never just a structure — it’s where life shifts, memories begin, and routines evolve. As a designer, I see my role as someone who helps translate that emotional transition into a physical space that supports growth, comfort, and belonging.
- What inspired you to start CaseNova, and how has your journey evolved into a global interior design studio?
CaseNova was born from the desire to move beyond surface-level design. I wanted to create homes that feel intentional and emotionally connected to the people living in them. Over time, with trust from clients and the power of digital platforms, the studio organically expanded beyond geographical boundaries, allowing us to design homes globally while staying rooted in Indian sensibilities.

- How do you translate a client’s life story and personality into a space that truly feels like home?
Listening is the foundation. Every design begins with understanding how a client lives — their habits, aspirations, routines, and emotional preferences. From spatial flow to material selection, each decision reflects who they are, not just what’s trending.
- What elements turn a house into a meaningful living experience rather than just a well-designed space?
Functionality, emotional comfort, and timeless design. When a space supports daily life effortlessly and feels emotionally safe, it naturally becomes meaningful. Lighting, circulation, textures, and scale play a huge role in shaping that experience.

- How do different cultures influence your design language while working with global clients?
Different cultures bring different relationships with space, privacy, and expression. I adapt by respecting cultural nuances while maintaining a core design philosophy — clean, functional, and emotionally warm interiors that feel universally welcoming.
- Which international design trends are you currently loving, and how do you adapt them for Indian homes?
I’m drawn to European minimalism, Japandi warmth, and soft luxury concepts. For Indian homes, these are adapted through durable materials, climate-friendly finishes, and layouts suited to Indian lifestyles and family dynamics.
